Pediatric Works LLC · Effective Date: October 18, 2026 · Last Updated: October 18, 2026

Welcome to the website of Pediatric Works LLC (“Pediatric Works,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at www.pediatricworks.co. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our website, social media content, newsletters, videos, free resources and online materials (together, the “Services”). Please read them carefully.

By using our website or Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

1.Educational Information Only, Not Medical Advice

Everything on our website, blog, social media accounts, live videos, email newsletters, guides, checklists and other free resources is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified physician or other healthcare provider who knows your child.

2.No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Visiting our website, reading or watching our content, subscribing to our newsletter, downloading a resource, sending us a message, or booking a Meet & Greet does not create a doctor-patient relationship with Dr. Kimberly N. Works or Pediatric Works LLC.

A doctor-patient relationship is established only after you have formally enrolled as a Pediatric Works member and completed an initial visit, under the terms of our membership agreement.

3.Emergencies

Our website, email, text messages and social media accounts are not monitored for emergencies. If you believe your child is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

4.Please Do Not Send Medical Information Through the Website or Social Media

Please do not send details about your child’s symptoms, diagnoses or medical history through website forms, social media messages, comments or ordinary email. Enrolled members should use our secure messaging platform for clinical questions. Messages sent through the website or social media are not a secure way to reach a physician and may not be read right away.

5.Membership Services Are Governed by a Separate Agreement

Fees, payment terms, cancellation, visit types, availability and the other terms of care for enrolled families are set out in the Pediatric Works membership agreement. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your membership agreement, the membership agreement controls for enrolled members.

Information on our website about membership plans, pricing and services is a general description. Services are provided only after enrollment and are subject to the membership agreement.

6.Intellectual Property

All content on our Services, including text, articles, videos, graphics, logos, photographs, guides, checklists, course materials and the Pediatric Works name and branding, is owned by Pediatric Works LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may view and download our free resources for your own personal, non-commercial use. Without our written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, share for payment, distribute, modify or create derivative works from our content, or use our name, logo or branding.

You are welcome to share links to our public posts and pages.

7.Free Resources and Course Materials

Lead magnets, guides, checklists and any course access we provide are for your personal use and the use of your own family. You may not share your access, resell the materials or post them publicly. We may change or remove free resources at any time.

8.Communications

You may opt out of email at any time using the “Unsubscribe” link, and you may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
