Dr. Kimberly Works is a board-certified pediatrician and certified lactation counselor with a passion for deeply personalized care.
As the founder of Pediatric Works—a concierge and direct primary care practice based in Atlanta—she helps busy families access high-quality pediatric services tailored to their lifestyle.

The Journey to Pediatric Works
After years in traditional healthcare settings, Dr. Works envisioned a better way. She created Pediatric Works to offer families more time, more trust, and more access.
Her approach blends medical excellence with cultural awareness and genuine connection—especially for those who have felt overlooked in conventional pediatric care.
Pediatric Works provides a full range of services, including home visits, telemedicine, same-day appointments, newborn care, vaccine consultations, and child healthcare consulting with an integrative mindset.
Dr. Works is known for her calm presence, clear communication, and deep commitment to helping children thrive.

She also serves as a Medical Officer for the CDC’s Clinical Immunization Safety Assessment (CISA) program and brings experience from hospital medicine and leadership, including her role as Vice Chair of Pediatrics at SouthWell (formerly Tift Regional Medical Center).
At Pediatric Works, Dr. Works ensures that every family receives compassionate & individualized care tailored to their unique needs.
When she’s not working, Dr. Works volunteers on mission trips and is a member of medical leadership organizations. Dr. Works is also an avid runner. She was on the track and field team at Milton High School (Alpharetta, GA) and was granted an athletic scholarship to South Carolina State University. She truly enjoys being outside running, biking, and hiking. Dr. Works also isn’t afraid to admit that she spoils her child, Lola, her Golden Lab!
